This includes determining the task/objective agenda, video/audio recording 5 sessions of particpants working through the task/objective list, and a summary written report of the major findings of the usability test.
I can target participants of a specific gender, computer skill level and age. Participants are encouraged to "think out loud" throughout the testing, and the videos provide an excellent reference for determining the effectiveness and usability of any website or application interface.
